Hey, yall. I wanted to drop in to let you know I did finally get back from visiting my family for Thanksgiving... haha... I still dont have a lot to blog about, so I've just been keeping quiet.
I did enjoy hanging out with my family for Turkey Time and look forward to seeing them again for Christmas. I've been stress free regarding shopping this year... I'm not buying gifts for anyone. I usually have a huge list b/c of my extended family, but it's just not the right year for me to do that.
Oh... of course you know I've still been going to some hockey games and was also sad to watch (on tv) the Titans lose this past Sunday... grrr... let's hope they can turn that loss around against Pittsburgh this week.

I'm tempted to not get gifts either. I don't have a big budget to work with anyway. Although, it's the gift that counts not the money you spend. So, maybe I'll fire up some of the creative juices and make gifts this year! ( ummm, I doubt it, but maybe!)

I hope things are going well for ya. Any job leads (I assume you're looking)? I hate the responsibility of Christmas, and I feel the real spirit of it only on 12/26. I don't do well with "expectation."
It's good to hear from you again, Girl. I know you are excited to go back home for Christmas - I am too! I'm also proud of you for being brave enough to say, "no gifts!" I've tried to do that in the past, but it never seems to work. Good for you. That's not what Christmas is about anyway!
